Psychological Services in Our Center
The psychologist in our Center provides the following services:
Early Developmental Support Service – Professional stimulating assistance and support for the child, as well as expert counseling for parents, other family members, or foster caregivers when a child in early childhood has been diagnosed with developmental deviations, developmental risks, or developmental difficulties.
Counseling Service – Professional support to help the user gain a clearer understanding of their own life situation, encouraging change in accordance with their abilities and needs. The goal is to empower individuals for independent problem-solving, to create conditions for maintaining and developing personal potential, and to foster a responsible relationship toward oneself, family, and society.
Professional Assessment Service – Evaluating the needs of children with developmental deviations, developmental risks, or disabilities, as well as individuals with disabilities, for psychosocial support services, early developmental support, assistance in inclusion in education programs, daycare, and accommodation. This includes procedures for determining the needs, interests, and remaining abilities of the user in order to provide an expert opinion on the necessity of services, as well as their appropriate type, duration, and frequency.
Psychosocial Support Service – Encompasses professional interventions and other forms of assistance aimed at stimulating the development and improvement of cognitive, functional, communicative, speech and language, social, or educational skills of the user.
